Techniques like The 5 thinking hats, Brainstorming sessions, Prototyping, One-on-One interviews, Group Interviews etc. You will learn how to work closely with all the stakeholders to ensure synergy.
• Userflows, wireframe and storyboard design: As a business analyst, you need to be able to capture how your users will get value from your product. After researching who your users are and having a clear understanding of their needs, you need to show a clear understand of their journey using your product. Here, you will learn how to create userflows and journey maps to illustrate a user's journey. Also, you you will learn how to create wireframe and design storyboards in other to further show what and tell how your product will be structured.
